7. Data protection policy

MSP SA undertakes to comply with the regulations in force with regard to the processing of personal data and, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, applicable as of 25 May 2018 (hereinafter referred to as “the European data protection regulation” or GDPR) and French Data Protection Act n°78-17 known as the law on “Information Technology and Civil Liberties”.

a.      Personal data

In order to perform its online services, MSP SA is required to collect some personal data.

In accordance with article 18 of the GDPR, the User is entitled to obtain from the controller restriction of processing, especially if the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the User, for a period enabling MSP SA to verify the accuracy of the personal data, or if MSP SA no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but it is required by the User for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
In accordance with article 20 of the GDPR, the User is also entitled to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and has the right to transmit this data to another controller, where the processing is carried out by automated means, for which the User has given his or her consent.
In order to exercise these rights, the User may send a request to the following email address: or write to the MSP SA postal address featured in the header of the present notices, specifying the subject of his or her request. Said request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of the User’s signed proof of identity.
The User will specify the address to which MSP SA must send its answer, within one month.
